Jen Severud is a Certified Dog Trainer, who has been living with dogs all
of her life. In 1994 through a series of events, she recognized the true value of dogs in her life. Once her passion
for dogs became obvious, she began to discover the psychological, as well as, physiological benefits that dogs provide to
humans. Although she is a lover of all dog breeds, she has a special place in her heart for dogs who have been
abandoned to animal shelters. This empathy has fueled her desire to help educate owners and their dogs on how to live
together for a lifetime.
Jen has studied Animal Assisted Therapy, as well as participated in Agility
classes with her dog, Maggie. Jen is a graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and the Arizona Canine Academy
in Sierra Vista, AZ. Jen enjoys living with her three dogs, "Maggie", a Coonhound/Border Collie mix, "Bugsy," a Husky/Collie
mix, and "Echo," a Siberian Husky.
